Spun Bonded Cartridges

Spun Bonded, also know as melt-blown, cartridges are common for use as a low accuracy medium capacity staged filtration cartridge. Commonly used for general filtration across industries where high efficiency is not required but a reliable fiber free solution is required.

Available in a range of micron sizes and materials.

Pleated Cartridges

AB Series pleated cartridges are 99.98% efficient and have ratings from 70 down to 0.5 microns. Available in polypropylene, polyester, micro-glass and cellulose media. These high performance cartridges fit all Rosedale cartridge vessels and can be supplied to fit most manufacturers’ housings in the field.

Wound Cartridges

Wound Filter Cartridges are a cost effective solution to true depth filtration with higher efficiency and lower pressure drops. Available in polypropylene, polyester and nylon, from 200 micron down to 0.5. Fits all Rosedale cartridge vessels and can be supplied to fit most manufacturers’ housings in the field.

Compound Removal Cartridges

Compound removal cartridges are used to separate liquid compounds from other liquids and hydrocarbons at non detectable levels from water stream. Utilising either special patented non swelling organic clay or a powerful electro-chemical bond. This cartridge should be used with a pre-filter to collect physical debris.

Stainless Steel Cartridges

Overcome the temperature and compatibility limitations of fabric and synthetic fiber cartridges by replacing them with these stainless-steel wire cloth elements. They’re good up to 700ºF  and are unaffected by most caustic fluids.

Stainless Steel Filter cartridges are made entirely of 304 or 316 stainless steel, they are cleanable and reusable, and can withstand differential pressures up to 60 psi. (500 psid units are also available.) You can choose particle retention ratings as fine as 5 microns.

Element surfaces can be plain cylindrical, or pleated to increase surface area. Pleated stainless steel cartridge units rated 100 microns or finer have an underlying support layer of coarser mesh to prevent pleat collapse.

Membrane Cartridges

Water service series membrane cartridges are designed to meet specific needs of high purity industries. Resistant to most acids and bases capable of handling strong sanitisation agents. Membranes are optimised for retention at high efficiency precision micron sizes, .65 micron to .03 micron. Available individually integrity tested and certified for sterile applications.
