Wound Filter Cartridges
Wound Filter Cartridges are a cost effective solution to true depth filtration with higher efficiency and lower pressure drops. Available in polypropylene, polyester and nylon, from 200 micron down to 0.5. Fits all Rosedale cartridge vessels and can be supplied to fit most manufacturers’ housings in the field.
Compound Removal Filter Cartridges
Compound removal cartridges are used to separate liquid compounds from other liquids and hydrocarbons at non detectable levels from water stream. Utilising either special patented non swelling organic clay or a powerful electro-chemical bond. This cartridge should be used with a pre-filter to collect physical debris.

Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges
Stainless Steel Filter cartridges are made entirely of 304 or 316 stainless steel, they are cleanable and reusable, and can withstand differential pressures up to 60 psi. (500 psid units are also available.) You can choose particle retention ratings as fine as 5 microns.
Element surfaces can be plain cylindrical, or pleated to increase surface area. Pleated stainless steel cartridge units rated 100 microns or finer have an underlying support layer of coarser mesh to prevent pleat collapse.
Membrane Filter Cartridges
Water service series membrane cartridges are designed to meet specific needs of high purity industries. Resistant to most acids and bases capable of handling strong sanitisation agents. Membranes are optimised for retention at high efficiency precision micron sizes, .65 micron to .03 micron. Available individually integrity tested and certified for sterile applications.
Cartridges for Filtration Systems
Filter cartridges capture solid contaminants, removing particles and debris from water and industrial liquids. Depth-type filter cartridges capture the contaminants throughout the filter structure, while surface-type filter cartridges capture the contaminants on the outermost layer.
Rosedale Products offers a variety of cartridges for industrial filtration. Our filtration experts are available to help you find the right filter cartridge to meet your needs.
Cartridges for Industrial Filtration Applications
Filter cartridges are used for many industrial applications, including beverages, chemicals, paints, adhesives, and in several industries involving fine Six different sized cartridges filtration. Additional applications for cartridge filters include:
- Water purification
- Electric utilities
- Hydraulic fluids
- Bulk chemicals
Industrial Filter Cartridges from Rosedale Products
Industrial Cartridges are just one of many filters devices provided by Rosedale Products. Browse our selection of filter cartridges below.
Bag Sized Disposable: Our PL series offers bag-sized, pleated filter cartridges that are a easily installed in our standard bag filter housings. With these bag-sized filter cartridges, there are fewer change-outs and less downtime.
Platinum Cartridge: The PS series filter cartridges are absolute-rated and offer maximum dirt holding capacity, as well as 0.5-micron filter retention ratings. Because of their size and effective surface area, the element life of the cartridge is extended, meaning fewer change-outs and lower replacement costs.
Stainless Steel Cartridges: These cartridges are made from stainless-steel wire cloth, giving them a higher resistance to temperature and provides additional compatibility not found in fabric or synthetic fabric cartridges.
Absolute Pleated Cartridge: AB series liquid filter cartridges provide efficient solids removal, from 0.5 to 70 microns. They are designed with a pleated, fixed pore media that prevents particle unloading and fiber migration.
Oil/Water Separation: Oil removal cartridges provide economical filtration solutions, featuring a radial flow design that reduces hydrocarbon contamination, including high levels of free and dispersed oil, as well as surfactant-based emulsions.
Wound Filter: Continuous-wound cartridge filters feature a highly innovative, depth design. They offer high efficiency and greater solids holding capacity
